Q: How much maintenance is required for a spa?
A: Don't let anyone tell you that they can sell you a maintenance free tub or sanitizer system. Nor are tubs a lot of work either. You'll balance the water when you fill it. Sanitize and check your ph with use (Chlorine or MPS or a bromine floater), clean the filter every month or so, and drain and refill your tub 2-4 times a year. All this is dependent not only on how much use, but the type of use. Adult use, with showers prior is the ideal scenario.

Q: What is the warranty?
A: A Hot Springs Spa has a parts and labor warranty for five years. We have factory trained service techs and stock many replacement parts. Mountain Home Center and Hot Springs stand behind the spas they sell.
